Dean Kamon actually just finished working with DARPA on a prosthetic arm that has enough dexterity to pluck a grape without squishing it. He said the hard part was programming it to accept signals from the brain to maneuver it. I wouldn't be surprised if they managed to accomplish this within the next five years!
